SHIPPING POLICY
All *in-stock* orders will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, and domestic orders generally arrive 4 days after shipping.
Any listing that is Made-To-Order will take 3-6 weeks to ship, although we aim to get things shipped to you faster!
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to RUSH or UPS, please contact me before you make your purchase. I am happy to accommodate you if I can.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the unique nature of my art, there are no refunds or exchanges, unless the item was damaged during shipment.

*Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, we cannot be responsible for broken pieces months down the line. Breakable things unfortunately break sometimes, and my pieces are made to be durable, but please use care. If your piece breaks within the first week, like the handle on a mug, it was likely damaged during shipping and we are happy to replace your piece in those instances.

Damaged Items for Exchange:
1. Please notify me within 3 days of receiving the damaged goods.
2. Include photos of the damaged item, all original packaging, and any additional information you can provide.
3. Upon receipt of the above items and information, I will be happy to send you a replacement item of your choice of the same price.

Note on Colors:
Colors may vary due to screen monitor coloring and other lighting factors, but our photos are as close to the truest color as possible.
